Every holiday season, the Mishicot FBLA chapter organizes a ‘Giving Tree’ in hopes to help an organization in need. Last year, they donated to the Lakeshore Foster Families & Friends and the year before that, the Lakeshore Humane Society. Looking towards an organization to support mental health, the Mishicot FBLA Chapter reached out to the Family Services Crisis Center located in Green Bay. The center provides immediate short-term counseling services either through the phone or in person to anyone in Brown County. Though not necessarily near Mishicot, the chapter is excited to have found an organization that helps those who are struggling.

A few items Mishicot FBLA is looking to gather include, but are not limited to: throw blankets, vacuums, ice makers, men’s sweatpants (medium and large), and fidget toys. Though the prices of some of the items may seem higher than regular donations, Mishicot FBLA has high hopes the advertisement will reach the right audience. Mishicot’s FBLA Giving Tree starts Monday, December 8 and goes through Friday, December 19. If not a student or staff member of Mishicot High School, donations can be brought to the High School Office. Mishicot FBLA is grateful for any and all donations!
