Michael J. Bielinski, age 63, of Allouez, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2023 with his family by his side. The son of the late Willard and Josephine (Leiterman) Bielinski was born October 16, 1959 in Green Bay. He graduated from Denmark High School and went on to work for Riesterer and Schnell as a parts manager. On May 1, 1982 he married Sue Leiterman and had two children, Emily and Chad. Mike was a hard worker of the highest integrity, who would always make ethical and honest decisions, even if they weren’t always popular. He was a very supporting father to his children by coaching Chad’s little league baseball and attending Emily’s musical recitals and masses. Michael enjoyed watching various sports from football to NASCAR. He loved animals, especially his children’s pets. Mike never hesitated to speak one of his many hilarious “one liners,” to express his thoughts and views with loved ones. Mike and Sue are members of Resurrection Parish, where he was a member of the Men’s Club and an usher.

He is survived by his wife, Sue; children: Emily (Kyle) Peterson and Chad Bielinski; siblings: David (Jayme) and Barb (Mike) Larsen; Sue’s siblings: Dennis Leiterman and Kay (Curt) Nelson; sisters-in-law: Lisa Leiterman and Sandy Leiterman; as well as nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends. In addition to his parents, Willard and Josephine; he was preceded in death by his in-laws: Leonard and Joanne Leiterman; and brothers-in-law Doug Leiterman and John Leiterman.

Family and friends may visit at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Drive, Allouez, on Sunday, May 21, from 3-6pm. A prayer service will conclude the evening. Visitation will continue on Monday, at the church, from 9:30 am until 10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with Fr. Tom Reynebeau officiating, Fr. Paul Demuth concelebrating and Deacon Dennis Kozlovsky assisting. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Denmark. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.

Our family would like to extend a warm thank you to the doctors and nurses at St. Mary Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital for the great care they provided Mike especially in the last few months of his life.
