DENMARK – Simon Alexander swept the sprints and came away with three sectional championships on Thursday at Little Chute. Fellow Viking Donovan Short also picked up a sectional crown in his first year in track, winning the high jump. 

Also qualifying for the state track championships on June 3-4 was Phillip Buhr, who set a personal-best mark of 151 feet to finish third in the discus.
