DENMARK – Down to potentially their final six outs of the season, the Denmark Vikings rallied for three runs in the sixth inning and captured the sectional title with a 3-1 win over Rhinelander on Tuesday afternoon in Wrightstown.

Denmark improved to 28-1 and became the first Viking team to reach the baseball state tournament since 2005.
