While the opening of the Denmark Cobblestone in 2024 saw a return of hotel services to the village for the first time in decades, it was far from the first establishment in the community to offer them. In fact, there was a time when numerous small hotels and inns could be found in the village and throughout the countryside with three in downtown Denmark alone.
