Of all the traditions that are associated with the state of Wisconsin, none may be more ubiquitous, or more delicious, than the weekly Friday Fish Fry. Every week, thousands of Wisconsinites gather in establishments across the state to feast on the traditional fare as well as enjoy each other's company. While the Friday Night Fish tradition is observed by many throughout the year, it gains even more popularity during the Lenten season leading up to Easter.
