With the improvements being made to the upper diamond at Village Memorial Park being undertaken by local business, Johanek Construction, a great opportunity has arisen to give Denmark High School students first-hand construction experience. Three students from Mr. Kapinos's construction class have been assisting the Johaneks and gaining hands-on experience they could never find in a classroom alone.
