Open Meeting Law changes

A recent ruling by the Wisconsin Court of Appeals could potentially change how local municipal meetings are conducted. On Tuesday, February 18, the Court ruled the Marinette City Council violated Wisconsin Open Meeting Law on two occasions when it convened closed sessions to discuss issues related to PFAS.
