DENMARK -- Zane Short scored 20 of his game-high 33 points over the final 10 minutes of the game, allowing Denmark to rally for a 72-62 win at Waupaca on Thursday night in the regular-season finale.The victory, combined with Freedom’s win over Wrightstown, gave the Vikings a share of the North Eastern Conference with the Irish and the Tigers.The three teams finished the conference season at 15-3.It was Denmark’s first conference championship since 2007 and first-ever in the NEC.
