STURGEON BAY — The Denmark cross country teams competed last Thursday at the Pioneer Invite at Cherry Hills Golf Course. The boys’ team finished fourth in the five-team field with 119 points, while the girls’ team took sixth place out of eight teams with 146 points.

Boys’ JV soccer defeats Wrightstown

WRIGHTSTOWN — The Denmark boys’ JV soccer team continued its winning ways with a 4-1 victory on the road against Wrightstown.

James Nellis had two goals to lead the Vikings in scoring, while Garrett Theis and Steven Yang each contributed a goal of their own to the win, which moved Denmark to a record of 5-1 on the season.
