Mishicot - Building stronger students

Mishicot High School’s Speed and Strength program is providing students with structured performance training designed to improve athletic ability, build strength, and reduce the risk of injury. The program is led by instructor Aaron Schlies who works with students to develop speed, power, agility, and proper lifting technique.

Mishicot - Dude Be Nice!

While it is agreeable that one should always be kind, the students and staff of Mishicot High School dedicate a whole week out of their year to kindness. Dude Be Nice Week occurs the week before Holiday Break, and the population at Mishicot High School always has an enjoyable time.

DENMARK HISTORY - District sold over $1 million of bonds to fund new elementary school in 1970

In 1970, planning and construction of the new Denmark Elementary School was well underway. In order to finance this project, the school district received approval from voters to sell bonds.

EDITORIAL - Farewell, neighbor

When you are growing up, a neighbor can be a lot of things. A mentor, a role model, a friend. I have always counted myself lucky that I was raised next to a couple as kind, caring and friendly as Donny and Ginny Dickrell. Throughout my childhood, they were a constant presence and left a considerable impact on my life.

OSHKOSH – The Denmark wrestling team had five wresters place and 10 wrestlers earn points toward its team total in finishing 17th as a team at the Oshkosh On The Water Classic held Monday and Tuesday.

Obituary - Dickrell, Donald

Donald E. Dickrell, age 85, of Cooperstown, WI passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday, December 24th at Woodside Senior Community in Green Bay where he had been recovering after a fall on October 31st.
