Obituary - Mancheski, Kevin

Kevin J. Mancheski, age 68 of Denmark, passed away on March 2, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Denmark, Wisconsin to the late Lawrence and Margaret (Dixon) Mancheski on November 19, 1957. On September 8, 2001, he married Rebecca Holda. 

Denmark Dance Team earns National Title

On February 27 and 28, nine area dancers headed south to showcase their talents at a higher level. After an impressive regular season that culminated with a fourth consecutive trip to State, the Denmark Dance Team took to the nationwide stage for this year's Contest of Champions Dance Nationals in Orlando. Students step up to the auction block

Last Tuesday, the Denmark High School Performing Arts Center hosted an annual auction with unconventional lots aimed at raising funds for an acclaimed local organization. That night, the Denmark FFA hosted this year's annual Worker & Homemade Pie Auction in the theater with dozens of students and even more desserts being offered up to the highest bidder. Last Monday, a dozen Denmark High School (DHS) students took to the Performing Arts Center stage for this year's DHS Recital Night with something for all musical tastes being offered.

Mishicot High School’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) chapter is encouraging fellow high school students to spread positivity among their peers. FCCLA president Eva Boness discovered research showing March has the highest percentage of mental health-related incidents compared to any other month of the year.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, Mishicot High School welcomed Sarah VanLaecken to speak with high school students and staff about mental health. VanLaecken traveled from South Dakota with the goal of connecting with and encouraging students in the community.
