Local student wins youth state wrestling tournament

On March 29, Denmark sports history was made with the first-ever state title for a local female wrestler. That day, Haven Havlovitz was crowned a champion at this year’s Wisconsin Wrestling Federation (WWF) Kids Folkstyle State Tournament.

Our Savior's Quilts

Women from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church have been crafting quilts which have been donated to numerous organizations and individuals including: Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, Veterans of Upper Michigan and Wisconsin, Green Bay Veterans Manor, the Boys and Girls Club, a homeless shelter in Minnesota and graduating seniors from the congregation.
