School board discusses staff-student communication

Following last Monday’s Denmark School District Annual Meeting, the board convened their regular monthly meeting for July. Among a number of topics, discussion was had about new state and district policies that aim to better control and protect communication between district staff and students.

RIVER FALLS – The Denmark Legion baseball team put itself into a tough spot after day one of the Class AA State Legion Tournament.

Gatherings 43 to feature a night of laughs

RIVER FALLS – The only winner at Friday’s Class AA State Legion Baseball Tournament was the weather.

School district hosts annual meeting

Last Monday, the Denmark School District hosted its Annual Board of Education Meeting in the high school media center. As usual, the proceedings were sparsely attended with only four community members and this reporter joining members of the board for votes and discussion.
